What we collect
Your mobile number, name, delivery addresses, orders, payments (we never see full card numbers), and — for stores and riders — KYC documents and bank details. Riders share live location only while online and during a delivery.
Why
To deliver your orders, take payments and refunds, prevent fraud, meet tax law (GST, TCS/TDS) and, only if you agree, to send offers. Each purpose is recorded with your consent in the app.
Who sees it
A store sees your address only after it accepts your order; a rider only after they are assigned. Calls go through masked numbers. We use payment, SMS and maps providers in India under contract.
Where and how long
All data is stored in India (AWS Mumbai). Order and payment records are kept for 8 years as tax law requires; everything else is deleted or anonymised when you delete your account.
Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)
In the app (Account → Privacy) you can download your data, correct it, withdraw consent for offers, or ask us to delete your account. You can also write to our Grievance Officer.
