Santha is a marketplace
Santha Technologies connects you with independent local stores, home kitchens and delivery partners. Each store sells its own goods and is responsible for them; Santha handles ordering, payments and delivery coordination.
Prices and bills
Item prices are set by stores and include GST. Delivery, platform and small-order fees are shown on the bill before you pay. Coupons have their own conditions.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel free until the store accepts. Missing, wrong or damaged items can be reported within 2 hours (cooked food), 24 hours (other items) or 48 hours (fashion returns). Approved refunds go to your Santha wallet at once or back to how you paid.
Accounts
One account per mobile number. Do not misuse coupons, refunds or delivery partners; we may suspend accounts that do.
Law
These terms are governed by Indian law; courts in Nellore have jurisdiction.
